Catch Mobile App is committed to facilitating seamless connections between tourism vehicle owners or managers and travelers (Users) within Sri Lanka's vibrant tourism industry. Our policies ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability in utilizing the Catch App Platform for transportation services. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our services through both the Catch Mobile App and our Web App (www.catchapp.lk), including any subscriptions you make through our Platform. By using our services, you agree to follow these terms. Take a moment to carefully read through them before proceeding with any actions or transactions.

Interpretation and Definitions

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service through Our App and Website.
  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Green Stream Systems & Solutions (PVT) Ltd, No: 252/1, Pitipana North, Homagama, Sri Lanka.
  • Catch App or Platform means Catch mobile app and its associated Website (www.catchapp.lk) and other services.
  • Service means all the services and facilities available through the Catch App Platform.
  • Users means anyone who use the platform.
  • Owners or Managers means Individuals responsible for registering and managing vehicles on the Catch App platform.

Acceptance of Policies

Users of the Catch App Platform must thoroughly read and agree to the Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions in the Platform before registering.

Use of the Platform

    • You must be at least 14 years old to use our platform or make subscriptions.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
    • No form of brokering is permitted.
    • You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration and checkout process.
    • You may not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Subscription Information and Fees

    • Normal users are not required to pay any subscription fee to access and use the Catch App services.

Maintaining Up-to-Date Information

  • Responsibility for Information Updates: Users are accountable for promptly updating any changed information such as phone numbers and e-mail IDs after registering with the platform.
  • Violation Consequences: Failure to update any information is considered as a violation of the Terms and Conditions and Catch App administrators have the right to suspend the account.

Intellectual Property

    • All content and materials on our platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Catch App or its licensors.
    • You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our Platform without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

    • Catch App serves as a platform enabling public access. Users of the app may contact vehicle owners or managers for reservations. However, Catch App holds no responsibility for incidents occurring between users, owners, and managers of the vehicles. It is solely the parties' responsibility to discuss their requirements and reach agreements. If any misconduct is reported during communication between users and owners, Catch App administration reserves the right to permanently suspend the account.
    • In no event shall Catch App platform or Company, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or the purchase and use of our services.

Conduct and Usage

  • Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to engage in respectful and courteous communication and behavior when interacting with vehicle owners or managers through the platform.
  • Prohibited Activities: Any misuse of the app, including spamming, solicitation, or inappropriate content, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Feedback and Improvements

  • Feedback Mechanism: Catch App values user feedback to enhance the platform's functionality. Users are encouraged to provide constructive feedback or suggestions for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Catch App is dedicated to continuously improving its services based on user feedback and technological advancements.

Support and Assistance

  • Customer Support: Users can reach out to Catch App's customer support for any queries, assistance, or technical issues encountered while using the platform and we encourage you to use the e-mail provided below.
  • Assistance for Discrepancies: Users are encouraged to report any discrepancies or issues related to vehicle details or contact information. Catch App will promptly investigate and take necessary actions to rectify such instances.

Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
